When I was in sixth grade, the guidance office of our school asked us to answer a good manners and right conduct quiz. Popeye was actually one of my favorite cartoons when I was a young girl (late 90’s). Monday to Friday, 3PM at Cartoon Network. I don’t watch TV anymore so I don’t know what kind of shows are being aired for the children of this generation.
