I think it was a good thing that my laptop was broken

Because if I went online in the past five days, I would have bombarded you all with my lovesick thoughts about the guy that I like.

Things are getting out of hand. We’re getting too close with each other and although I’m happy that I’ve found a friend in him, I know that deep inside, I’m expecting something more. Even though my mind is aware that it will never happen, I can’t seem to stop myself from hoping.

He changed his profile picture on Facebook last night to a picture of us and wrote, “This is why I hate my best friend.”

Seriously. Why am I affected by simple things like Facebook pictures? Why the hell is the word ‘best friend’ in there? I have been through the horrible journey of liking my best friend in the past, and NO, I don’t want it to happen again with this new friend.
